If you received a letter or e-mail stating that your paper or tutorial has been accepted for presentation or as a backup candidate for the 2014 Symposium, the directories listed below have all the information you will need to prepare your manuscript.
| Papers | The Paper Presentation Instruction documents, which are contained in the “papers” subdirectory, provide formatting instructions and templates for use in preparing paper manuscripts and presentation materials. |
| Tutorials | The Tutorial Presentation Instruction documents, which are contained in the “tutorials” subdirectory, provide templates for use in preparing tutorial manuscripts and presentation materials. |
Visit the X-CD web site where you can log on using the user name and password used to submit your paper. The paper submission process is fuly enabled now and you will be able to upload your draft paper and presentation which are due by August 2, 2013. Remember that your draft paper must not contain any identification to facilitate the blind peer review. The paper number and your login information will allow us to identify the author(s). Contact the Program Vice Chair responsible for your Session if you have any questions. If you have questions about the preparation of your paper or tutorial, please refer them to the Program Committee Vice Chairperson who is managing your session.
