This tutorial will focus on how to use new methodology for graphing and interpreting data on the number, costs, and downtimes of repairs of systems. Upon completion, you will have gained an aid to practical decisions, the analyses yield estimates and confidence limits for the average number or cost of repairs per system during the warranty or design life, for the coming number or cost repairs of a fleet in a future month or year, whether the population repair rates and costs are increasing or decreasing over time, and comparisons of repair rates and cost of different designs, production periods, suppliers, maintenance policies, etc.
