RAMS always invites captains of industry to provide our keynote address each year, and 2010 is no exception. We are blessed to have Dr. Michael Gilmore, Director of Operational Test and Evaluation for the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and a presidential appointee on the the U.S. Secretary of Defense’s staff as our speaker this year. Dr. Gilmore will be addressing many challenges and opportunities that are being addressed by the U.S. DoD in the “ilities” disciplines and supporting the many men and women that make up the DoD’s forces around the world.
