RAMS® 2026 Registration & Fees
The deadline to receive the Early Bird registration discount is 11:59 PM (EDT) on December 23, 2025.
For all registrants except Editors, Session Moderators, and One-Day Attendees, the registration fee is determined by the date payment is received, not the date of registration.

Example: If you register before 11:59 PM (EDT) on December 23, 2025, but payment is received on or after December 24, 2025, the higher (regular) rate will apply.
Important: RAMS® does not accept purchase orders. However, alternative payment arrangements can be made upon request.
Before the Conference payment may be made by check, wire transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). For wire transfer or check payments, please contact Mr. David Fernald at treasurer@rams.org for instructions. All wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrant. At the Conference payment may be made by cash, money order, credit card, or traveler's check.
Payment in full may be made at any time but must be received before the deadlines shown in the table below to qualify for the corresponding rates. All payments become nonrefundable after January 5, 2026. If you are unable to use the standard payment methods, please contact Ken Dalton at dvancedregistration@rams.org to make alternative arrangements.

NOTES:
- Member and Nonmember General Attendees and Group registrations must be completed by 11:59PM EDT, December 23rd, 2025 to obtain the Early Bird registration rate. The Regular registration rate starts at 12:00AM EDT December 24th, 2025. Member rates are available to anyone that is a member of one or more of RAMS® sponsoring societies (IEEE RS, ASQ RRD, ASQ ECD, SRE, SAE, SSS, IEST, IIE).
- All Presenters must register and pay by 11:59PM EDT, October 10th, 2025 to get the early bird rate. The regular presenter registration rate starts at 12:00AM October 11th, 2025.
- For Presenters, payment after the early bird date puts final acceptance of the paper at risk.
- Students must be members of a RAMS® sponsoring society.
- Group registration is for 6 or more from a single geographical location AND organization
